Job Description:
• Resolving customer queries with regards to trouble shooting.
• Receiving inbound calls from customers.
• Updating the customer with new technologies.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring proper service provided to customer.
Eligibility:
• Graduate freshers.
• HSC with minimum 6 months of any experience.
• SSC + 3yrs of any diploma with minimum 6 months of any experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Cab facilities.
