The candidate would be required to work on backend Group & Individual Insurance processes.
Complete all training requirements to meet SLAs successfully.
He / She will also be responsible for communicating with various other departments for follow up or escalations as per business requirements.
Requirement Skills:

Proficiency in Computers, Microsoft Word and Excel and internet.
Able to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines

Responsibilities:
Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
Communication with customers through written and oral correspondence
Provides follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved
Review & point out gaps in procedures
Ability to identify & drive process improvement ideas
Maintains flexibility in a high speed, demanding team environment
Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
Soliciting and compiling information and data related to processing activities
Working with mainframe & web applications
Creating and monitoring the processing checklists and calendars
Meeting and exceeding defined service level metrics on timeliness, productivity and accuracy.

Any Graduate B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, BA
Post Graduates & B.E/B.Techs are NOT ELIGIBLE
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
