Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess working knowledge of Trackwise, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Must have a good understanding of database concepts, theory and architecture, an understanding and ability to perform metrics, a working knowledge of and/or experience with Change Control from a Regulatory/Quality perspective is preferred.
Electronic document control systems experience is highly desirable.
Should have an understanding of the FDA regulations and cGMPs with experience in document control and quality management in a highly regulated industry, experience in a high-volume, mission critical environment, and excellent communication skills.
Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills, effective global communication skills (both written and oral), ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines, knowledge and understanding of database theory and design, with the ability to comprehend and utilize new technology though self study, ability to adjust to changing priorities, and close attention to detail.
Ability to interpret complex business and/or technical documents, write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence and the ability to present to groups across the organization as needed.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
