Job Description:
1. The Test Development and Simulation Engg group is responsible for developing tests for the manufacturing solution, for Qualcomm leading-edge products in the most advanced processes.
2. In this role you will be member of a team working with IC design, DFT design, and design verification.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing Memory, Functional, Mixed-signal, and Hi-speed Interface tests, vector processing and verification.
2. Additionally, the team supports Test Engineering in the implementation of these tests on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) during silicon debug, characterization, and releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production.
3. The individuals selected for the positions, will need to be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work.
