Job Description :1. *Ready to work in all shifts (24*7 support).
2. *Handling back end support.
3. *Handling complaints (employee) – Timely and quality resolution of all complaints, queries and issues received.
4. *Monitoring of alarms (fire alarm, etc).
Candidate Profile:
1. *To receive customer complaints over phone.
2. *Booking of cabs for employees.
3. *Creation and issue of badges, handling queries related to badges.
4. *Excellent E-mail writing & communication skills.
5. *Should be able to work in shifts.
6. *Preferably Non-Smoker
