Facebook is seeking an Analyst to provide the highest level of customer service to our advertising customers. This is a contract position based in our Hyderabad office.
1. Post sale operations support, working closing with the existing account teams
2. Manage the traffic, execution and fulfillment of all Insertion Orders for the sales team
3. Ensure that campaigns are delivering properly to minimize future issues (under deliveries, unscheduled lines, exclusive conflicts, priority issues, etc.)
4. Filing and follow up on system bugs and provide follow up support to sales teams.
Candidate Profile:
1. BA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferable
2. Dynamic, flexible, analytical, and highly organized
3. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in engaging communication on any level
4. Ability to prioritize and deliver timely work, working across multiple clients, markets and account teams
