Lead the internal team of resources
Work closely with project managers, technical and functional teams in the project
Prepare Test Strategy, Test plan documents and walk them through to stakeholders
Prepare Test estimates
Prepare test schedules
Communicate and interact with different project teams
Coordinate different application/environment teams in running integration/interfaces
Maintain Query log
Defect management
Conduct daily project/ defect status meetings
Maintain requirements and test cases in Quality Center
Create test scenarios and test cases
Review test deliverables
Prepare daily status reports/Metrics/Entry Exit checklists Required Skills
Specification / Skills:-
Candidate must have Insurance domain experience .
Database knowledge
Should have worked in core Insurance testing area for at least 5years
Domain knowledge : Concept of Risk and Types, Basic characteristics of Insurance, Principals of Insurance, Elements of Contract, Types of Insurance, Concepts of Reinsurance, Should have Life, Health &, PnC Insurance Industry Overview .
Very good understanding of testing processes and concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
